On-line free quote

In order to make the quote, we need you to write a small document (with Microsof Word, Open Office or any other word processor). It must describe precisely your project. Once it is made, you may send it to us via this electronic form

   The document first part must mention the initial terms of the project (either personal, or professional), what you want to display on your web-site (on-line shop, showcase, presentation, tutorial...). 
    
2. Graphic Design
    
   If you already have some graphic images of your firm (logo, colours'range, targeted audience) or if you have already made a map of your site, you may precised it in this part. If you did not think about the graphic charter you want to display on your site, please mention it too. 
    
3. Content
    
   Here you may draw a rough list of the pages your web-site will be made of and the functions you want to display on these different pages:
   • Product Gallery (for a shop)
   • Image Gallery/photos/videos
   • Item management
   • Simple pages (text, images...)
   • Forum
   • NewsLetter

4. Hosting and upkeep.
    
   In order to be seen on the Internet, any web-site must be hosted by a web host which will provide web hosting service in exchange of a monthly subscription. Please mention if you have already a web host or if you want Woby-Web to find one for you.

   The name of your web-site: www.yourcompany.fr (this is a domain name) is very important. It must be both simple and representative of your company. Once it is chosen, it cannot be changed. If you already have a domain name in your mind for your site, please mention it. 
    
   Please mention too if you want a control panel ?that is to say a interface on your web-site that allows you to modify and update it; it is user friendly and does not require any knowledge in computing at all? or if you prefer to entrust Woby-Web with the upkeep and updating of your web-site. In that latter case, would you please mention the number of changes you are to apply each month on your site.
